Understand the billing model
What is a credit?
A credit is the unit used for protection actions. The catalogue value is €1 per credit; the unit price of additional credits varies by plan.
Does monitoring consume credits?
No. Collection, deduplication, triage, alerts, the dashboard and one monthly report per brand are included in the subscription.
What happens to unused credits?
They roll over for 12 months, up to six times the monthly allowance, and are consumed on a first-in, first-out basis.
Are external counsel fees included?
No. Counsel invoices legal advice, strategy and proceedings directly. IP DEFENDER receives no commission on those fees.
Can we start with a pilot?
Yes. The paid pilot has a limited scope, a defined duration and agreed success criteria.
Are jurisdictions limited?
No. Jurisdictions are unlimited across all plans.
